      Set amounts for fire protection after reports from fire districts
      Discuss road and bridge, snow removal, weed control, dust control,   - set levy 

      *FOR SAFETY REASONS-Road right of way- 66 feet for township road 33 feet cartway

**When planting please stay out of right of way. When removing snow do not place snow in right of way. Tree Trimming in right of way- Trees may be removed

**As Part of Winter Maintenance All Gravel roads will be bladed through around late October
